Implementing optimized titles, meta tags, internal linking & content optimization for all website pages
Identifying areas of improvement & opportunities in natural search
Monitor and report on organic search metrics and analyze trends
Creating website traffic, ranking, and conversion reports for management
Creating flow documents, specifications & guidelines
Build understanding & train teams on SEO best practices to be followed within the organization
Working with the development teams to improve site structure, optimize page layout, and indexing and rankings
Take full ownership of websites performance in organic search.

Proven project planning, organizing, communication and delegation skills
Experience in advanced & scalable organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and techniques for large websites
A high level of awareness of web technologies and web design factors
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism when interacting with partners and team members
Able to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to project stakeholders
Agency experience is preferred
